We recently released the highly anticipated AV123 x-ls Classic to Encore upgrades yet none have shipped yet. Several key components that should have been here on time are running about one week late.
We sincirely apologize for the delay and we will be more conservative about when to open up the items for ordering on the site in the future when releasing new products.
The truth is, you just can't account for every variable so it's best to wait until the items are in the warehouse before turning on the spigot.
